About KICHFEST

KICHFEST is the flagship annual children’s festival by Story Makers Society, designed as a vibrant platform that unites children, schools, parents, artists, and community leaders. More than a celebration, it is a movement that promotes creativity, mental health, and child rights through storytelling, drama, music, dance, and play. The 2025 theme, “Thriving Through Play – Child-to-Child Intervention for Mental Health,” highlights the role of play, creativity, and performing arts in building resilience and well-being. Each edition provides a safe, inclusive space where children showcase their talents, learn from one another, and grow with confidence, creating lasting impact in their lives and communities.
